ONLINE SURVEY TO LIFT LID ON SEX LIVES OF YOUNG GAY MEN IN SOUTH EAST ASIA
A ground breaking new survey is aiming to find out more about the sex lives and health of young gay and bisexual men in the greater Mekong region to help improve the regional response to alarming rates of HIV transmission.
The confidential survey is part of the PULSE initiative, a research, advocacy and capacity building project led by APCOM in partnership with community organisations, researchers and health authorities in Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. The project is funded by French 5% Initiative on AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria implemented by Expertise France under Ministry of Foreign Affairs oversight. The survey is online at: www.pulseasiasurvey.org

Help Us Out
|
|
If you’ve read about our PULSE survey and TestXXX project (see above), you’ll understand how important these kind of initiatives are for improving the health of young gay men across Asia and the Pacific. Many of these young people live in extremely vulnerable situations due to violence, discrimination, poverty and lack of education. Our work is making a real difference in protecting them against HIV transmission. But we can’t do it alone. We need your help. By making a donation from as little as US$10 a month, you can be part of a team that’s helping look after young people in our community.
